    The good thingsWorking at MaGIC is an exhilarating experience as it provides the opportunity to innovate in the programmes/ activities/ initiatives that we do. The management is open to new ideas and how things can be done better with greater impact. Junior team members who are proactive and rise up to the occasion, as well as challenges, can shine and be visible. Things move at a fast pace here, and everyone is willing to help other team members in need. Most of the ideas and solutions are co-created involving different teams and this enables the diversity and inclusivity in solutions/ programmes offered.

    A place to look out for if you seek for hands on experience
    The good thingsWorking environment is comfortable, fresh outlook though still a government agency. Team dynamics are great, discussions and new ideas are welcomed no matter the seniority level. Definitely a place to look out for to those aiming to develop their careers!
    The challengesThe bureaucracy at times but understandably every company has these issues. Lack of access to certain basic employee benefits for those under contract work, would appreciate to better improve on this. Other than so, a dream to work here.

    The challengesDespite the challenges working in govt agency (i believe every workplace has their own issues), MaGIC allows room for improvement or experimentation to improve the process, working culture, etc.

    High value of exposure
    The good thingsBeing exposed to lots of people here, from different background, race and nationality. You will get to mingle with entrepreneurs, consultants, goverment officials, MNC and performers. You will also get lots of chances to increase your knowledge via workshops and programs. Plus, you will get a feeling of working in Google when you are here! Besides that, The salary would be quite high considering the company has benchmarked themselves against the top GLCs.
    The challengesThe company is relying on grant from government and it would be a risk if they didn't get any of it. With new management, there would be changed if direction and would require understanding and support from the staffs . Besides that, The company is still exploring ways to strengthen internal processes. There might be hiccups diring the way. Still have to work and increase the benefit which would make the staffs more happy.
