    Great work culture and environment.
The good thingsMaGIC are implementing the WoW culture that comes from the 3 good elements which are #StepForward #ThinkBeyond and #ChargeUp that created the positive culture in the workplace. It is essential for fostering a sense of pride and ownership. When people take pride, they invest their future in the organisation and work hard to create opportunities to benefit the organisation. By identifying and rewarding those actively striving towards creating a positive work culture and supporting others around them, companies can encourage others to do the same. Positive attitudes and behaviour in the workplace are the direct results of effective leadership and an upbeat management style.
The challengesMissing the programmes held at MaGIC with an excellent networking session, but unfortunately, we need to normalise the new norm of meeting each other virtually.
