I learned how to prepare Appraisal Report, Financial Amendment, summarize bank statement, summarize past financial statements, etc.
The good thingsBesides preparing reports, i learned how to communicate with staffs, clients, etc. The office also is very nice and comfortable with complete equipment for staffs and also for intern such as computer, desk, stationery, etc.
The challengesThe challenges working at this company is rushing to complete a report. For one Appraisal Report, I only have about a week to prepare the report. Then, the report will be submit to higher management and present them.

    Management Associate Programme
The good thingsThe overall programme was meaningful and explorative for young graduates. The management has already planned our learning and exposure to the entire management and line of business that the company have. I was lucky to be placed under an experienced banker who taught me a lot on what it takes to be a banker. They provide free beverages at company's cafe and its free flow!
The challengesThe company imposed strict adherence to punctuality which could sometimes be nonsense. The old timers could be pretty irritating and not welcoming to new ideas and suggestions. They would rather stick to their principles and belief and keep on doing the same thing the same way rather than embracing new ways. They don't really encourage innovation and everything was very process oriented.

The good thingsThe company provide a better benefits for staff especially on Medical Benefits. Eventhoungh they have a limit on the medical cost, for me the amount are enough for a family with 3 kids. The company also give a nice salary increments each years
The challengesThe working enviroment here is more likely to Government styles. All decisions must be approved by the big boss. The challenges come when the decission made are not compatible with problem situations.

The good thingsGood learning curve. Friendly and cooperative colleagues. Good CSR initiatives. Sought to retain highly talented staff through in-house benefits. Experienced senior management team. Clear directives from management.
The challengesNone really. Good work environment overall. As long as the individual is self-motivated and aims to excel, opportunity is given to pursue challenges.
