    Excellent organization to work at if you want to make an impact on the future of Malaysia.
    The good thingsMultiple training programs with good learning experience. Healthy environment with friendly colleagues. The management is always active to notice its excellent employees and does not hesitate to promote them.

    The good things-opportunity to learn new things -get to meet people working in various industry (Oil & Gas, maritime, aerospace, rail, biotechnology etc.) -close-knit environment among colleagues -the main business plan of the organisation is dynamic
    The challenges-office politics is quite strong -management having hard time making decision -poor execution of long-term planning for the organisation -unclear HR policy (at times) and lack of interaction with staff - unclear planning for career progression of staff
