    Great exposure
The good thingsGreat exposure. You will be exposed to nation building activities as well as able to create impact to not only to the organisation but to the accounting profession as a whole. Great culture as everyone will treat each other like close family. You will also be able to work with various government agencies and other stakeholders who are important in bringing the Malaysian accountancy profession to meet the international standards.
The challengesAt this point of time, one of the main challenges is gaining support and recognition from the public. However, the Institute is striving towards bringing up the standards of the Institute as well as the accountancy profession in Malaysia. One of the other main goals of the Institute is to gain mutual recognition by the international accountancy bodies. The big challenge is to get 60k accountants by 2020 and this would be the national agenda for the next few years.

The challengesMet new people everyday and handling different kind of problem on and off site. Superior that don't appreciate staff and always blaming instead of listening for the explanation. The needs to always search for a solution without anyone else help.

    Personal Experience
The good thingsMy colleagues. Despite of race, culture, position and many other factors, all mingled well as a family. Though sometimes there will be ups and downs between departments or in the departments but it was never an obstacles when comes to show love and caring for one another. I learned a lot in this management!
The challengesChallenges are every day and time but never was a difficult that we couldn't overcome. To be honest our immediate bosses always lend a helping hand when the staff are facing difficulties or challenging moment. To be specifically, My boss Ms Ho Foong Chin is a hands on person with her staff and department. Learned a lot from Her. Bravo to her.
