    i get some knowledge about sale and purchase house also annual budget
    The good thingsi enjoyed my task such as prepared monthly budget, update all documents also prepare reports as directs by officer. A part from that, Updating and recording progress of projects undertaken by the Executing Agency whether at DBKL or external agencies (Government).Make follow-up calls to ensure that the letter is received from the relevant Department and note the attendance of the officer to attend the meeting.
    The challengesOne of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of a real lack of challenge. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company, I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth.

    Relax, fun and enjoyable!!!!
    The good thingsGreat crowd. Nice place to settle down i.e. retirement plan. Almost no pressure at all. Lots of indoor activities. Great rewards for A-Listed.
    The challengesManagement lacked visions for both industry and staffs. Too much attention focused on petty internal issues instead of industry development. Career stalled for most especially non-executives.

    The good thingsRelax, no pressure (at all). Great peers. Will find your comfort zone in one year. Good place for retirees. People find lots of time for social activities.
    The challengesNo clear focus. Business as usual everyday. Internal power struggle amongst non performing tops.. Management attention to small details that got nothing to do with the core business. Career progress for non-performer.

    The good thingsWorking culture in my division where all working as a team and always taking care each other like family. Beside that, my boss is really good by given us very clear direction to achieve division goals and also helpful when we facing difficulties especially when it relates with family.
    The challengesStill struggling in finding the right organization culture. Furthermore, by having different working style by each division is impacting the service efficiency where it doesn't give good image to the stakeholder. Mind set need to be change by adopting proven global good regulating practices as tools in promoting effectiveness and efficiency towards focusing on output regulatory base.
