My experience in this company not only advanced my technical skills in sustainable material development, it also strengthened my hands-on skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to environmental sustainability.
The good thingsI had experience using current industry technologies such as electron beam irradiation, universal testing machines, and thickness gauges. I had the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and laboratory skills during my project study.
The challengesI gained proficiency in new technologies by quickly adapting to and mastering unfamiliar tools, software, and machinery.

Based on my job experience here, I was able to gain a range of useful skills, like working in a group, functioning under stress, making choices together, and understanding the equipment required for environmental monitoring. In addition, I am able to offer data based on the demands of the officers at the specified time.
The good thingsthe chance to pick up new skills, like safety at work and radiological emergency management. possess education and training in areas such as oil and gas safety passport, leak test operator, and radiation protection officer (RPO).
The challengesDiscover something fresh outside the realm of knowledge and abilities. Learn to uses the environmental monitoring equipments.

Great and Awesome!!! a place to work with or do an internship. Really recommend it, especially at RAYMINTEX Plant which in Technical Support Department.
The good thingsMy supervisor and all staff there are very kind and helpful. Also, the work environment there makes me want to learn and do better in anything task and job that I have been given. If I have been given a chance to work there as a full-time employee I would really appreciate it and will make sure to do my best when working there.
The challengesActually, it was not a big challenge as I think everyone who does a research project will face it when we do not get the result that we want as maybe there is some error when doing the test or experiment for our research.

    Highly dependent on supervisor
The good thingsHighly independent working environment. If you get a supervisor/manager who is dedicated you will have a good time. If you are able to self-motivate and ask for more responsibilities, you can make a lot of impact, including publication and collaboration opportunities with international researchers. No stress at all. Job security still exists here.
The challengesWork culture is stereotypical of a government agency. If you happen to be placed under a less work-focused supervisor, you can get frustrated over the lack of drive. Certain individuals seem to be content to coast through until unemployment, which is frustrating since the actual work is interesting.
