The challengesThe staff, especially some staff who performed their responsibilities excellently, somehow seems like they're not well appreciated. It seems there is no career development that can be expected. Not much specific trainings provided for each department. However, I did understand a lit bit that the company need to well-planned the budget, obviously. But I still insist that the staff should be well appreciated and professionally trained.
