Fun people, monotanous job.The good thingsA lot of enjoyable activities being planned for the staff i.e. sport activities, CSR, dinner, gathering etc. Since the total workforce is àverage in size, a close knit relationship is established not only among the staff but also inclusive of the family members. An ideal work life balance organisation.
The challengesThe staff are mostly long serving staff hence not much innovations were done. Salary package and other benefits are not that attractive.
