    The challengesThe procurement and approval processes can be quite lengthy. When following official policy, navigating the multiple layers of approval often takes at least a month to complete. This creates a significant lead time that can delay the transition from the planning phase to actual implementation, requiring very early preparation to stay on track.

    The good thingsTheres a lot of KKRM's (Kelab Sukan) activities in company. For office staff, there are no longer contract basis its all permanent.
    The challengesAll superior have a lot of expectation even you are newbie. Need to be independent in completing your task. Nobody will help you.

    The challenges1. Too many politics and dramas. 2. Poor Management and Leadership; Hierarchy is toxic here. 3. Super LOW staff quality; A lot of incapable managers and level above 4. 90% dealing with internal processes; Super ridiculous amount of SOP to get approval even for a very small matter (Waste time) 5. No room for promotion; Cant go further in future 6. Company not appreciate talents/ Incompetent employee being promoted to higher level

    Work until project ended, after that wait for any new project coming in.
    The good thingsSmooth flow of information, the vendor works hard together with us to complete the project within given timeline, on time salary payment which is good.
    The challengesNo career advancement. Once you joint on that particular position, you'll remain there until end of the project. Performance evaluation? Nothing happened. Salary increment? Below than 10% every year, upon management discretion. Bonus? Dream it on!

    The challengesNo empowerment, all decisions made at the top. No bonus & increment (2019-2022). Its all about who you know in the company. Super ridiculous amount of SOP to get approval even for the smallest things.

    The challenges1. Approval process can be simplified. Needs to go through a lot of hierarchy until it can be approved, which is slowing down the process. 2. Company needs to provide more training to staff.

Often occurs blame-shifting between departments when issues arises. - No increment and bonus given - Some Senior managers especially on design are mostly functions as postman which often delegating task and their responsibilities to other departments.
