The good thingsWhat I liked most about MRC was the colleagues — ended up making a few good friends. Pay and benefits were good, and the KL Sentral location was super convenient.

Great opportunity to learn but not for career growth
The good thingsGreat opportunity to learn about Malaysian export of rubber products in various industries. Learn about trade promotion activities.
The challengesHigh learning curve. Expect to learn all about rubber products, manufacturing process, different types of rubber, trade event activities etc in the first 3 months on your own. Preferential treatment of employees. Certain employees if made mistake was forgiven instantly while some got a scolding so loud that the whole office can hear. Company in the midst of culture change. However after close to a year, no changes in culture can be seen.
