    Place to start your career
    The good thingsLearning by hands on approach is a good thing for me and this is place where you can learn and start your career but not for long career development because it will be stagnant after 2 or 3 years. A lot of benefits and incentives based on the company performances. Good increment but based on employee performances through out the year.
    The challengesWorking with people who can not meet the expectations. Average in starting salary and increment.
