    The good thingsI had a great experience working at MSHP. The positive work culture and supportive team made it an enjoyable environment. The leadership team was transparent and open to feedback, creating a collaborative atmosphere. The opportunities for professional development and growth were also noteworthy.
    The challengesWhile there were aspects of my experience at [Previous Company] that I enjoyed, there were also challenges, particularly with workload distribution. There were times when workloads seemed unevenly distributed among team members. I believe addressing this issue would contribute to a more equitable work environment.

    The challengesEvery task been given very short period to complete. Majority task is urgent. High workload. Force to work at office even though the pandemic covid19 is serious right now and already have some number of staff had been covid 19 positive.

    Good for fresh grad to learn everything
    The good thingsStart work here after grad, get a lot of experiences as u need to perform many type of job scopes even for other dept. Friendly working environment, very flexible japanese boss and every year got bonus and increment.
    The challengesOld style management, nothing can do to resolve problem, must listen to boss only. Every day repeat same problem and you twisting story more than you solve the real problem when have customer complaint. Very tough and fast pace of working area as it is a semiconductor industry yet using old type machine.

    The good thingsCan learn about die tool, punch and die. Know how to communicate with member in technical . Learn japanese working style. Can study how to understanding die tool drawing and reject product.
