    The good thingsI reported directly to Director in UK which always given his full supports. My team which all over the countries always supporting each other when needed. Training is one major accomplishment needed in this company. They will always provide online training as well as in house and outside training. Some trainers came as far as from UK and Australia.
    The challengesSome of the people is difficult to work with. They have been with the company for ages and don't really welcome new technologies or new ideas. Eventhough headquarter management at UK always give their full commitment and support, however local management is doing otherwise. Some of them is not team player and keep making the situation become worst.

    The good thingsA lot of new things to learn especially robotic control machineries. full range of working experiences covers from productions, electrical and instrumentation, mechanical, piping (water, oil and gas), logistic and marketing. it is also an international related company which you can gain indirect multinational working experience as well especially with the japanaese and others.
    The challengesThe factory operates 24/7 and every seconds is money. always a tugs between production and maintenanace team where one talks about money while the other concern about safety. all in all, money always come first. anyhow, thats where the power of negotiation comes in between in archieving the company objectives.
