Working here is good for fulfilling your current needs but does not usually guarantee for future life preparation if you are not among the position of management level.
The good things1. Opportunities to learn something new as the working fields are quite variety.
2. Good relationship among staff is emphasised.
The challenges1. Low salary range compared to the current market.
2. Lack of engagement to tolerantly deal and solve staff grievances.
3. Lack of ability to listen and execute staff idea although the staff are urged to contribute their idea.
