    The good thingsa huge learning experience/opportunity in the aviation industry as you will undoubtedly learn the workings of an airline operation. excellent pay commensurate with experience, level of education in comparison with a similar level of employment level.
    The challengesthere is a lot to be desired and room to improve on marketing flights compared to competing full-service carriers but nonetheless occupies the niche market for customers looking for a balance between a low-cost airline that can offer a semblance of what a full-service carrier can offer
