    The good thingsSalary on time and yearly bonus
    The challenges-Their construction division head office is in PJ. -Too many GM and mid level manager. More cavalry than the walking soldier. -Cant touch the 'old guards'. Too powerful. -Some project has few tigers managing one mountain. - Rocket science approach on everythings. - Hierachy communication.

    The good thingsWhen I working in this company the manager make me learn so many thing in construction department, i just not only do the admin work but i do many work form other site such as task from Project Manager to the the progress report and we can view how the progress of the project 2 weeks once. other than that i also learn how about quality control (QAQC) i also learn about Q-Lasic standard.
    The challengesThey give me some task for me solve the problem, make the work more easy. Also do the filling more flexible. I have learn from C&S supervisor how to do the inspection before the work to be done by sub-contractor. also learn about safety department when we in construction site. and so much more.

    The good thingshelping each other, which working in the same team. Although everyone stress on their work but we're happy to work together. We laugh, play and work hard.
