    A good working environment and the company is still growing.
    The good thingsI have been working here for almost 7 years but yet still feel excited to start my weekdays going to the office or even while working remotely. Working in an environment full of positive vibes, a really supportive managers, and good colleagues.
    The challengesEvery job and role have their own pros and cons, you'll just have to pick your battles and in my opinion, all challenges that I faced before, like the odd hours shift, with the help of my managers and colleagues now it seems like a normal routine for me

    This company has given me a lot of negative experiences. However, the good thing is that this job scope has helped me become more focused on my work.
    The good thingsIf you have a supportive team member, then you're at least happy to work here. This company suitable for first job lah.
    The challengesI dislike the behavior of all the team leaders. I suggest all leaders go study leadership management.This is because some of them their leadership approaches are inconsistent with one another. “Pilih bulu” behaviour. If you know how to “kipas” the leader then you are the star.

    The good thingsI have been working at Malvern Pathology Labs Sdn Bhd (MPL) since 2019 and had the pleasure of working here. MPL provides a good environment, knowledgeable leaders, a great team to work with. You can really polish your skills sets working in this company. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. There's always someone to help you out. MPL provides many benefits, flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional development for the employee. The friendly environment provided by the team, the cooperation and guidance from seniors and team members, the in-house training and career growth opportunities further enhance the experience. The comfortable work environment, positive company culture, and commitment to work-life balance make it an ideal workplace. I would generously recommend those who are finding a stable job.

    The good thingsThe management places great emphasis on work quality. Therefore, training sessions are conducted, with constructive feedback given to staff periodically. Staff welfare is well taken care of, particularly with the continuous support of management to ensure adequate manpower in the team. The office is strategically located opposite the LRT station. This provides great convenience with the additional option of commuting to work by train.
    The challengesAt noon, the number of available open car park slots may be limited. However, this should not be an issue since working hours start in the morning. There is also ample parking space (indoors) within the office building throughout the day.

    Great place to work
    The good thingsI started working at Malvern Pathology Labs Sdn. Bhd since 5 years ago and I really glad that I started my career path here. From the start, the company have provide a great support in terms of health benefits, moral and also knowledge. Besides, the company continuously provide various in-house training programs in order to make sure that we are able to keep updated with the industry trends. Thus, these programs really help me to enhance my skills and knowledge, which can help me to develop my career in the future. Working environment here is the best! The working space provided is spacious with really conducive environment to help us workers to be more comfortable and more concentrate with our work. The teammates especially are very supportive where they are willing to share their knowledge which make our work life so much easier and make us feel belonged as part of the team. The management teams are also great as they love to hear feedbacks especially from employees as they continuously try to improve our working environment.
    The challengesExtra working hours are sometimes needed to reduce workload. But, the extended working hours are completely volunteer-based and we do get paid for every extra hours spend.

    The challengesManagers & team leads tend to incite fear & overstep their positions. Unclear sense of direction from the upper management. Pay gaps are prominent. Very little to no career progression.
