    Bitter sweet working experience
    The good thingsEnjoyable work environment and easy to adapt working here. A lot of opportunities to learn new things and good for career development. Each department help each other to sort things out.
    The challengesThere is a huge gap between factory and the front office in terms of benefits. Upper management changes the direction too frequent. Too much politics and favoritism culture.

    The good things- Gain new experienced and knowledge on how to check the production process from raw materials to good end products. - Know the importance of product labelling and how it will affect product quality if it doesn't done properly. - Understood the QA job scope

    The good thingsCan eat and learn various R&D thing, the cafe's food is large in portion and cheaper than outside.
    The challengesOne of the executives needs to improve his/her attitude towards the intern, especially on workload and time-management. And the standing culture for the whole day in the lab as sitting is not allowed.

    The good thingsFacility at Mamee is very convenient for Muslim because they have prepared a room for Muslim to do prayer. The food is in the affordable price and big portion.
    The challengesthe challenges in this company is they do not have lift untill 4th floor. so everyday the staff have to climb the stair untill 4th floor.

    The challengesMost of the Manager are very selfish, always dont share us idea and not giving clear direction. When we face problem we got no one to assist and this took us longer time to solve and delay others work task.
