    You effort may not be appreciated
    The good thingsI would recommend fresh grad to work here, to gain more experience and skill. The work load can enhance your experiences and knowledge rapidly.
    The challengesOnce you have worked more than 3 yrs, you will find the career development is not complete, you have to finish the monthly routine work, and keep changing the report template to suit head office requirement, Once you have used to the template, it's change again, feel tiredness to keep adapting the new reporting, but you dont get any new opportunity to move fwd.
