    Working with MO, one of the best hotel around KL
    The good thingsTheir staff meal is the best amongst five stars hotels around KL city. The HR staffs are friendly. Every staffs care to deliver the best service to the hotel guests.
    The challengesThe hotel care too much on guests satisfaction hence the trainee is not given enough opportunities to express themselves during the internship period as we tightly followed the SOP, more sharing session with higher management is recommended for innnovation.

Colleague and managers here are super friendly and willing to help each others. Everyone in the hotel will helping each other when facing difficulty.

    The good thingsStaff/colleague friendly, helpful and very much cooperative. Positive working environment. Staff cafe is spacious, clean with variety of food to choose from. Unlimited outpatient - medical card were provide. Good benefits - staff rate for other Mandarin Oriental properties, F&B. Training is provided too! Basically, this is a good company with a good working environment and beautiful people :)
