You will be exposed to leadership roles (with a weekly rotation of leaders), resume building, training on negotiating with your future boss, and acquiring both hard skills in using Microsoft and soft skills in presentation. Exposure of reality of working life.

Always room for learning and develop if someone knows how to take every chance given as the golden ticket to another level of career advancement.
The challengesTime constraining cause it will be on a tight schedule. Every project has to work and plan well to avoid any inconvenience on the third party.

    Overworking is the culture
The good thingsThe people are good and they can be very helpful. There are some who just can't seem to get along with others. But overall, the kinship in the company is valuable. Everyone is just down to earth and willing to assist, provided you ask in the right attitude and willing to do more work than you are assigned.
The challengesConstant promises about how things will change, but some of the essential things that should have been there since the start were never implemented. Things like training new people to do their jobs are only now starting to be a discussion topic. And there is constant over-promising to clients about how the account managers can deliver, without first ensuring the workload is bearable.
