    Must have a heart like a stone if you wish to work here.
    The good thingsThis company is more benefits for the extrovert people who really love socializing. Benefits: - Can learn advertising widely - Handle Different Clients - Culture Activities - Good Salary - Free goodies from the client products - Few of good co-workers
    The challengesNot suitable for an introvert people. - No time for yourself to explore creative options as there is always someone come to bother you. its make you loose focus and stressful. - Always rush on the smallest things. - The company does not seem to value or consider employee opinions and feedback, creating a culture where open communication and suggestions are discouraged. This lack of consideration can lead to a disengaged workforce and missed opportunities for improvement. (They always right!) - Works late hours. - Works on weekend. - Toxic environment. They don't like you leave on time. Will gaslighting us afterwards.

Learning Opportunities: The training programs and development opportunities were very beneficial for my career advancement. 3. Management: The management team was approachable and receptive to feedback, which created an open and positive work atmosphere.
    The challengesThe most challenging experience I had while working here was time management. This challenge arose due to the frequency of meetings each week, which were time-consuming and affected my productivity. However, it also taught me valuable lessons about more effective work planning and how to navigate similar situations in the future. Additionally, it highlighted areas for improvement that could benefit the organisation moving forward.

    The good thingsAll the employees in Mantra are very friendly. They will help expose you to more jobs to help you grow. For the shooting side of things, they will help in anyway they can to get you what you need for your shoots.
    The challengesThey have a limited budget for shooting. So the challenge is to shoot your subject with the limited equipment you have.

    Almost Every Night Have to Stay Late
    The good thingsWell, the colleagues are nice and helpful and got some bonuses.
    The challengesHave to work late to chase the dateline that haven't planned well from the started. The management was bad. Employee benefits was cut off all of sudden. Hoping they will improves on taking care of their employees in the future.

    The challengesLeaders have higher tendency of shirking their own responsibility to the rest instead of sharing the responsibility and giving out useful solutions. Poor management with stingy employee benefits system. Blaming is the culture, instead of Spread happiness.

    The challengesBosses are demoralizing, demotivating and enjoy blaming instead of moving on and looking on rooms for improvement. No one in the company is practicing the "so-called" values, it is written just for show.

    Chasing Sales just like a "Factory"
    The good thingsMost of the Colleagues very friendly and nice, but not management.
    The challengesDeadlines all crash, never manage properly. Servicing not well train enough. Bosses are looking at 'figures' only and very calculative. The standard of quality for this agency quite outdated. Pretend like very open communication but not, still a boss says company. Anything happens just cut employee's benefit.
