Kuala Lumpur Sentral Kuala LumpurLess than 1 year in the role
A place where career growth, continuous learning and good work life balance!
The good thingsGreat people and environment to work in with a great office in KL Sentral. Open office concept and everyone is approachable and friendly. Personal development highly encouraged and supported. Nice pantry with snacks provided.
The challengesRather positive as the being in a very ambitious company workload can be high but still manageable. The positive side is that the learning opportunity is extremely high in the IT Department or the Digital office.

    Bad exposure and experience
The good thingsThe benefits are good, but my supervisor wasn't the best when it came to guiding as I am a fresh graduate who needed guidance. I chose this path as I am open into venturing other opportunities in other industries however, I was disappointed with the exposure that I was given.
The challengesManulife is challenging itself as it is a Finance industry. However, please do not go under the HR Department where it handles general HR work. It is not the best exposure to get, if you are a fresh graduate like me.

    Flexible and Satisfactory
The good thingsThe benefits from the Insurance Company. Company treats. (Exp; agency dinner, Agency trips and etc)
The challengesEnd of the month when the agents submit all their cases will be little stressed to make it all the cases issued.
