    The challengesYou have to handle 1 big project by yourself but the great things is you can gain a lot of knowledge and experience when doing it.

    Process making glove
    The good things- give many chance to me learn on many angle - can learn many thing that not only in technical site also in practical site - give chance to training in latex course - can get know supplier and people that working in this industry - can learn testing method that use for glove - get chance to use all testing machine facility in the lab
    The challenges- making new product that need plenty of testing times - test new chemical fail various of time to getting success one times - doing trial on the line - trouble shooting on the line during testing new thing
