    BELOW AVERAGE!
    The good thingsThe good things working in this company is how the human resources department manage it well. The working station is convenient with all the necessary equipment. Workers welfare is satisfied, uniform, working hour, annual leaves, bonus, annual dinner, family day and sports day. All is terrific. What you would like know is, is hard to be a permanent staff here, i've been working here for 2 years as Part Timer and for 1 year as Management Trainee. It is so hard to be a Permanent Staff here.
    The challengesThe company should add more people to be working in this field permanently (shift). Training for all staff should be doing not only for the CHOSEN. Supervisor or Senior Executive should be more listen to their subordinates (ideas and proposal). The company should open more opportunities for career development.
