    The good thingsThe combination of superb working environment, enough tools, motivated staffs and colleagues with helpful ideas and opportunistic industry does help me very well in developing myself as an employee and a person.
    The challengesThe challenges were sometimes inevitable in this industry such as competition from the local suppliers for the overseas branches but nevertheless it takes a lot of experience and support from the whole organization to pass through tough times together.
