    Bumiputra company but their technology is far behind because top management unwilling to invest.

    The challengesWorking hour sometime can be 6 days/week depend on decision top management, no increament & bonus,company want to save cost so bad they didn't hire new worker instead 1 person need to cover 5-6 job.

    The challengesDue to every year Top Management change, causing a confusion to the employee to achieve the target goal. Because new top management will give new target even thou, previous Top Management target still in progress. Sometimes, new Top management will consider the previous Top Managment target goal is useless.
