    We gain a lot of knowdleges and experince in installation of fire protection system for a mega project and beside we can learn about manitenance of these system effectively
    The good thingsI can gain a lot of knowledges in this fire protection field as mark jaya isnthe biggest company under Sri group.. there are easy to cooperate with our senior because they always help us and give us training everyweek to keep all workers can gain a new knowledges and work effeciently for our company
    The challengesThe best challenge work in this company we always facing with the big client that give us more spirit to give a full commited to finish our project successfully even our client always give us pressure.. but these pressure give us more spirit to be more commited in doing our job

    Wonderful working Enviroment
    The good thingsHand on experience in-terms of technical skills and management skills all together. To top it out, the valuable knowledge given on the whole operational level of the job scope is vast and not easily obtained from any other organization.
    The challengesMan management is a very big challenge in this company. Usually there will be varies in opinion and that this usually affect solid decision making among executors level. Mostly most of the decision made contradicts with one another and that this can be improvised within the near future.

    The good thingsI do enjoy working here since they provide trainings for low experienced employee like me and they push for continuous learning. Our superiors here never get bored of teaching and show us the right way to conduct our tasks. Every department in this company such as project, purchasing, tender, design and account are very helpful and the teamwork is great. Bonuses also given to those who performed.
    The challengesAs a low experience employee, sending me to handle several projects alone is kind of challenging. Harsh working environment in construction line also has been difficult but our superior will always be there for us to discuss and solve problems together. Sometimes the project also required us to work until night time to meet the deadlines. Knowledge and experience will be gained from the challenges
