HR and Management1. We are sorry that our management style was not a good fit for you, and we thank you for the feedback and your time with us. We will bring this up to discuss with our current team to strategize ways to make it as beneficial as possible for both management and employees. However, we are glad to know that you were able to foster a healthy relationship with your team and colleagues, as we always encourage teamwork and good support amongst all staff members in the company.
2. We would also like to take this opportunity to address your dissatisfaction towards the lack of benefits by the company. We are a medium-sized, independent family business and while our benefits might not match those provided by some of the most generous MNCs/GLCs, we are trying the best that we can to provide and consistently improve our staff benefit programs. For instance:
- dental claims and annually sponsored flu vaccinations for all staff and their families
- contractual and performance-based bonuses for all staff, plus additional long-term bonuses for key performers
- medical coverage and hospitalisation insurance, which extends to family for senior positions
And recent updates to:
- marriage, examination and paternity leave
- health and fitness allowance
- education subsidies for all staff member's school-going children
3. Having said that, there is always room for improvement and we are constantly reviewing where and how we can do better for our customers and employees. Open and honest feedback will help us do that, and we appreciate your time and contributions. All the best for your future endeavors.
