The good thingsOpportunity is given to the person who is ready and willing to take up challenges to progress. The management team is serious in developing the employees and to make success in them. The working environment is great and team is friendly and supporting each others well.
The challengesThe management could further improve the efficiency in supporting the employees. There are just too much initiatives to drive and a clear defined focus with priority set is rather important. Understand the pain point of staffs and provide support accordingly.
