    Staff friendly and help each other. The company can grow better if willing to provide training to their staff.

    The challengesTraining not provided for department that use technology to perform their job. We all know technology keeps inventing, so training is essential.

    The challengesThey should start get a real job/project for employee to work on.They also send you to a training without informed that you would be bound to company to a certain period of time otherwise you have to pay.
