    Loved the role and the hybrid work, not the people
    The good thingsThe best thing that can happen here is the hybrid work arrangement, even when you're still under probation. No other company can give you this kind of hybrid work. Besides that, spacious office, ample facilities and mother's room
    The challengesThe management can improve a lot by celebrating honest curiosity and planning their next move way ahead of time to ensure employees are well informed and prepared for any changes that might happen
