    Keep this as your last choice.
    The good thingsGood bonus. Nothing more.
    The challengesWorst place to work and worst place to start your career. Nothing to learn. Will be doing operator job. Nothing professional. You work on rotating shift with 6 working days one off day. Off day will be on weekday. No weekend leave. Very toxic place to work. Will fell like dictatorship. Operators will be earning more than you after OT. Enginners wont have OT except for Public holidays. Keep this as last choice to work.

    Employee need to adapt with the company working culture for survival.
    The good thingsWorking between good colleagues. The company bonus is quite good.
    The challengesDon't expect that you will have your own table and computer. Engineer do their work by standing on the production line. Engineers need to share the computer to do reports. Micromanaging. Engineers need to wok in shift. Hard to dealing with long-service operator.

    The good thingsBonus and salary. Utilize most of your time for work. Learning fast your work environment. Good colleagues. Safe working environment.
    The challengesWorking extra hours. Not really japanese style working culture adapted here. no life-work balance. Lack of respect from superior to Lower level rank of staff. Choose the way to settle your problem either in good or bad way. The choice is yours.

    My industrial training was efficient
    The good thingsI get to learn few things and even had few projects during my internship. The managers there treated me very well. The environment and facility of the company is perfect as you will never feel out of place. I was able to experience few departments during my 3 months internship with them and I feel different department has its own specialty and working style. I will always strongly suggest for freshers to join this company as it will prepare you before entering industry.
