    EPF and income tax are deducted from salary, but no contribution made to EPF or LHDN. Salary always delay and even worst has outstanding for about 1-2 months (normal practice).

    The challengesTo get the salary on time and every month without any outstanding.

    The good thingsThe environment of working with a lot new clients and getting to know more about the business is definitely worth sharing, the colleagues are very welcoming of new people into the company. Take along the experiences gained and new knowledge to another new environment.
    The challengesPromises made by the management is too much and there's more empty ones than a promising one. Its a family run business therefore chances of an employee to rise among the ranks is unfortunate. Don't stick too long in the company as it would not make an employee any loyal.
