    The good thingsThey open for ideas and improvement, not rigid. Dynamic and exciting. The best men/women win if work smart and hard. Lot of opportunity in career for those loves challenges. Flexible working environment encourage innovation and creative contribution.
    The challengesNo ISO, a lot of streamlining in procedure & SOP can be improved. Not really smooth communication between departments and workers to get things done. Require flexible and independent individual to work here. The company need to have their own identity in how things should be done.

    The good thingsThe enjoyment of working in masmeyer is the benefits and the package that being offer by the company and the environment is better than other places with a better collegues that always help each other . The benefits that provide by the company includes all packages from education until personal matters that are required by nowadays workers and fresh graduates . .
