    The good thingsEnjoyable colleague and supportive superior, both from Quality and Engineering department.
    The challengesQuite overload but overall it is manageable. Too much steps needed regarding decision making and approval. Imbalance work distribution, non-utilize employee and lack appreciation towards employee.

    The challengesHR people dont have knowledge in hr management. It is a family bussiness company so they dont care about their employees and management does not support improvement in factory.

    Terrible company!!! Lack of benefit!!! Always deduct staff salary!!!!
