2.) Poor communication between contractors and customers, as well as between employers in Nilai factory and this office
3.) Poor human resources management, the retirement of employees in this company is non-stop. While there is always others to replace them, the new employee will need time to follow up the progression of the retired employee and as such will not perform as well
