    The good thingsEnvironment and clique are great. My boss is a very knowledgeable and always encourage us to explore more in this cable industries.
    The challengesThere is a new product need to develop and a lots of new cable in market. A lots of chances and new knowledge can learn. This company will be better if they can add more benefit for workers and study each worker salary rate base on experience, knowledge and type of work.

    The good thingsThe superior is encourage me to grow with him and not just give job to do. The discipline pratice is good. All staff start working on time. Other staff very helpfull as i can ask them for what i dont know. The task given by boss is early and enough peroid to be completed. The facilities is good.

    The good thingsThe Managing Director is confident with his Manager and also share information with his Managers. He even able to guide his managers if they are short of it. He has define the function well and you can trust his words with confident. I believe, young energetic and person who is looking for growth himself and company, this will be the place to learn and grow.
    The challengesThe company is pushing for growth and the challenges is how fast we grow our knowledge and compete in the market. The Managing Director willing to share the market situation for internal staff to prepare and know what is happening around and also to adapt to the market stiff competition. We as a staff have to compete well with the company. Are you ready?!
