Top SME company for Career growthThe good thingsVery lucky to find this company, many candidates came for interview but I was selected after few rounds, enjoyed the interview process. I was a fresh grad with basic experience but after joining this company I learned so many accounting skills, company also provided free training with outside consultants. Really wish this company success, not easy to build a strong business and be concern with staff.
The challengesSome old staff in accounts had no ethics and didn't do their job, just left because 'merajuk' had to actually do work and boss would check to make sure work done. I had to clean up a lot of back log but bosses were very patient and helpful with me even when I made some mistakes, they teach me the correct way instead of blaming.
