Lack of Work-Life Balance, Too Much Pressure, Lack of TrainingThe good thingsIt's definitely a good place to build experience and learn a lot. Helpful and friendly colleagues who will show you the ropes. Free lunches once a month. Sometimes they have events such as company movie nights etc.
The challengesExcessive work load, no work life balance, constant excessive pressure. Bosses call on weekends, public holidays, sick days, annual leave days and still expect you to do things, everything is always urgent. No flexibility and bosses will make noise if you come in even 1-3 minutes late. Constant weekend work. No proper training given to newcomers, and when any small mistake is made, somehow always maximum stress in correcting it. Low pay compared to other places for fresh grads. Only 10 days annual leave at first, and fresh grads given 1 year contract which has even less benefits than entry level permanent staff. Also lack of proper training.
