    A Workplace That Thrives on Fear and Favoritism
    The good thingsThe school has wonderful, eager students and many passionate, hardworking teachers who truly care. The curriculum has potential, and with the right support, teachers can create meaningful learning experiences.
    The challengesThe biggest drawback is leadership. The workplace is tense, unpredictable, and fear-driven. Decisions are often biased, communication is inconsistent, and feedback is ignored or met with hostility. HR offers little support, morale is low, and resources are limited.
