Excellent training ground!!!The good thingsThe condusive and competitive environment made a better person for who I am now. Upon joining the organization as an Assistant Production Manager, I was given comprehensive training by my former Factory Manager as to enhance and brush up my managerial skill since I was heading the most crucial department of the organization which is the production department.
The challengesThe hurdle or sweet obstacle at Matrix was the limited production space and equipment to cater the ever increasing orders both local and export which had to be managed on a pioneering shift work system. The implementation of shift work had its setback at the early stage since I had to juggle with high absenteeism issue and turnover which left an impact on the senior staffs by extensive workload.
