    The good thingsGood environment where people treat everyone fairly even though you’re just an intern. Nice and friendly people (probably based on department). No pressure in working because superior put high importance on employee’s rights (doesn’t force to overwork) and care about employee’s wellbeing.

    The good thingsMy boss are friendly and gives direct and clear instructions, which ease my team and me to complete our jobs. Our boss also always keep us on check to make sure everything went smoothly.

    The good thingsGood environment and friendly staff. I used to work with a good office mate as they are very helpful. There are some experience and knowledge I can't get outside. I can get along with the staff here immediately.

    Name is US MNC but inside is local management & local company mindset
    The good things1. flexi hour 2. friday we can leave office early
    The challenges1. managers are poor in handling conflict among the staff, they make situation worse 2. no ownership culture 3. if you are capable & efficient, you will be given more workload, if you could not meet 1 or 2 of the KPI, you will get very low increment 4. salary & increment is lower than many local companies 5. No team work
