    Toxic Environment & Poor Management.
The good thingsAble to learn new things. Fast pace.
The challengesDepartment's superior not managing the team. Need to work independently. Workload is high, may need to work overtime (including public holiday), but company is controlling for OT. Can't see any career development in the department. Guidance is not provided perfectly & employee need to experience throughout the jobs.

Very hard to catch up for those with little kids and family since management is always asking on OT, somehow this will also effect your year end KPI.
The good thingsAble to work remotely, and independently
The challenges Top management does not care about your work-life balance, always asking for OT. Top management/HOD are not efficient in managing work loads and work force.

    Good teammates but poor management
The good thingsGood teammates. The company provided great experience about big brand, printer and pre-press process.
The challengesPoor management. Supervisor and manager are not good in managing, and some leader has no skills at all set but are gossips master. They are too high above the clouds and can't see the ground. Poor alignment between work, and heavy workload.

Great company with good benefits and international working culture.
The good thingsNice colleagues, benefits and flexible working hours.
The challengesYou will continue doing the same thing from your first day until your last day working here. If there is no work to be done, you will worry a lot about your timesheet. It is beyond your control but you will be held accountable for this.

Good Work But Management Have Poor Managerial Skills
The good thingsThe work itself is stress free. The pay is average but any supplementary (Overtime, reimbursement, bonuses) always accurate so long as you keep accurate track of your working hours. Leaves are generally easy to be approved. All round benefits are provided.
The challengesCompany keep shuffling managers and supervisors, thus managers most of the time are inadequate in managing team and workloads. Company at times does not come clean with their clients thus we are flooded with task that we cannot carry and comprehend.

98 days paid maternity leave. Equal opportunity for everyone.
The good thingsThe company recently implemented 98 days (3 months++) paid maternity leave, consider highest among other companies. Looking after benefits for female employee, has lactation room provided. Is breastfeeding friendly places to work for. Working with diversified people, you able to mingle with different cultural background of people. Operate in international standard. Giving equal opportunity for everyone.
The challengesNo for now. The Company encourage the staff to feedback, there are several channel for staff to give their inputs/ idea/ suggestion such as physical letter box etc for better improvement to make Schawk good place to work. So far so good.

Excellent Pre Media and Brand experience. Bad Working Environment
The good thingsThis company provide great experience and exposure to international brand, printer and pre-press process. You will learn a great tons of things as long as you are willing to carry the responsibility that follows. Learning curves are also reasonable and not too steep.
The challengesManagement at times does not consider people circumstances when reviewing leave. Currently no annual bonus. Exceptional talents usually go unnoticed especially if you are working odd shifts. Poor work environment with gossips and hearsay determining your reputations among colleagues.

The good thingsFriendly working environment, senior are not selfish to teach, working harmony with each others. There are fixed working time, however you get to choose to work night shift that flexible to your own lifestyles, and get additional day off on Friday to do your own things. Satisfied, I enjoy working here because of nice environment with multi-culture worker. Working colleagues are cool, sporting and cooperative working colleague, we know exactly what are the company's goal thus makes me enjoy! Overall good leadership, good teamwork and very client base focus.
The challengesChallenges for an expanding company would be lacking of car park, but there are good initiative in providing car pooling allowance, and encourage people to car pool to work.
