    The good thingsGood company to improve my programming skills, from nothing to something. This is my first job here. I have been working here over a year. When I step into this company, I was a fresh graduate, with a not really good results and do not have any strong programming skills. My seniors taught me about what they know, from zero until what I have learned now.

    The good thingsThe working environment is educational. The senior staff enjoy to educate the new software/device to new employee. They encourage knowledge sharing weekly so everyone know what each group are working on and how the project will relate to my current task/project.
    The challengesThe device/software use are not the same as thought during my bachelor study. It takes time to learn and familiarize how to use the system. It is challenging as the project have due date for completion so employee need to learn quickly but thank to the senior staff that willing to guide me i manage to overcome the challenges.

    When Work Life Is Like a Battlefield with Unjust Environment
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues assisting each other in projects, we all would spend some of our time to help one another, in order to get things done in a more peaceful approach.
    The challenges1) Often stressful & under-appreciated work life 2) Customer often assigned tasks that are often changing even if close to last candle. 3) Customers are quite professional in pushing their responsibility to others. 4) Customer does not like to heed any advice. Even if the advices provided are much proper. 5) Often things would go south, due to customer's attitude thinking that they are always better & more professional in every way. 6) Customers chose wrong approaches / choices despite of advice given, in the end the responsibility would wind up in someone else's shoes. 7) Customers would state any crazy nonesense just because they have grudge or doesn't feel 'attached' to the person. 8) Customers are more like finding friends and rather than having proper communication as a team. 9) Critically bad benefits. 10) Full of pipe dreams.

    Friendly and nice colleagues but terrible experience when working with it's customer
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues that willing to lend helping hand whenever needed.
    The challengesThis vendor company has poor management, and also working experience with the customer is terrible. Developers has been facing many issues when dealing with their respectitive SA, due to most of the SA does not have sufficient programming skills, yet like to complaint.
