    The good thingsOpportunities provided to explore in manufacturing environment, to learn about production, tooling, costing, technical knowledge and so on. I would say a good stepping stone for fresh grad but not a long term workplace for experience personnel.
    The challengesVery stressful environment whereby you need to stay back for 2-3 hours without any OT paid. Poor management team whose unable to provide clear direction of company and policy. Individual feels unhappy with office politic chaos leads by bias and unfair treatment. Poor benefit which is almost nothing except for annual medical checkup only.

    The good thingsI have learned a lot. It's my first job experience. I enjoy looking and learning new things in this company. Compare to when I was student here I am able to face the real deal in industry. It's challenging but the reward is gold. I have learned to handle multitasking. I am glad they gave me this experience to grow with them even it's just for a while.

Implementation of Kaizen and 5s make you expose with the environment. Working with Japan multinational company make you expose with efficient working of Japan culture.
    The challengesWorking at a Japan multinational company, we need to fast learning and adapt to the situation. Fast moving and problem solving is crucial. Any issue of quality and delivery need to solve fast for avoiding delay in shipment and deliver the good parts to the customer.
