A good place to earn experienceThe good thingsIt was fun to learn so many things regarding the job, such as picking the contact lenses, recording the pick in a report, preparing the packing box from scratch, wrapping the cartons and finally ship out the goods when the courier (POS Laju, DHL, Line Clear, Aramex, UPS) comes to the factory. It's a great place to learn different things, the things you've never even wondered before. I highly recommend this place to fresh grads whether from high school or even university.
The challengesCommunication breakdown often occurs between departments which misunderstanding became a result. Thus, the process of shipping out the goods became not-so-smooth. Say, 1 big order could have been completed in a week, but because of the said communication breakdown between departments occured, the shipping out process dragged to say, 2 to 3 weeks late. The management should hire a leader that can control the situation and decide things without it being changed every 2 to 3 days of working. Still, it is not bad place to learn how a company works.
