    A good learning experience
    The good thingsThis company was willing to take me though I am a slow learner & need intensive guidance for few weeks. This company is good platform for learning on working environment as the procedures are in place.
    The challengesWide gap of employee generation. Most of local employees have worked for 15-25 years there with many experience in their area. However, little room for new innovative & ideas. Not much for career development as most employees stay in same position for long time with salary increment.
