    Great company for those who value work-life balance and continuous learning.
    The good things1. Good work-life balance; seldom need to stay back late. 2. Opportunities to learn new skills through on-the-job training. 3. There is opportunity to attend training sessions for continuous learning. 4. Convenient office location which nearby public transport.
    The challengesSome internal processes are still done manually, but the team is open to new ideas and gradually working on improvements.

    The good thingsVariety of food was selling during lunch hour (outside office)
    The challengesThis review for mayland group at HQ. cannot grow. boss not listen to your opinion. company still using manual for claim and leave request. Medical claim also prorated. people in out even other department. some of them not confirm yet but decide to resign. traffic jammed since office is located in the middle of the KL. long working hours which is 9-6.30. company should be alert and upgrade in all aspects.

    The good thingsFriendly colleague. Some are helpful some are not.

    The good thingsI did enjoy working here very much as i got used to it already , i have been working here since 2011. Colleagues are ok, is freedom . But one thing i dont like is my GM he always like to embarrass me and talk loud in front of everybody , makes me feel so shame and hurts my feeling. I dont know why ...

    A good company but less in management
    The good thingsTotally in this company i've learn and gain much experience. Many things in the contruction world i learn in this company. All collegue are good and share experience each other. And they all helped each other to solve any problem.
    The challengesGood company but thats not enough good. Should improve management. Many thing this company should done to be the best developer. They should improve their internal team and skills.
